Introducing an exciting new direction on our flagship Cabernet, the Reserve Cabernet is a selection of our very best barrels and is 100% Spring Mountain (York Creek Vineyard) Cabernet Sauvignon. This wine was aged 28 months in largely new French oak barrels before bottling.
Velvety, rich and refined tannins give a luscious palate layered with black cherry, dark chocolate, sweet vanilla and toasted notes of maple and spice. While this wine is drinking beautifully now, it could cellar easily for another ten years.
