A vibrant, bright brut sparkling white made from 100% pinot blanc off a single block of the York Creek Vineyard on Spring Mountain. Made in the Méthode champenoise or “traditional method”, the wine finishes secondary fermentation in bottle on hand spun riddling racks. Notes of honeysuckle, citrus, and pear on the nose. The finish is smooth with mineral undertones, lively acidity, and a soft, bubbly mouthfeel.
