Rosé of Cabernet Sauvignon
SRP: $35
Flying Lady’s newest varietal is a fresh and bold take on the traditional Rosé made through the saignèe method with the same Cabernet Sauvignon grapes hailing from York Vineyards on Spring Mountain. Short skin contact brings a delightfully surprising tannin structure which couples well with the natural acidity found in Spring Mountain Fruit. Although deeper in color than most rosé, the wine is bright, fruity, and more complex than one would expect. Pairs well with lighter summer fare such as grilled fish, and afternoons in the park.
Free Shpping on orders of three bottles or more.
