Leigh’s approach of fermenting the wine in barrels, bottling the wine early, just within six months of harvest, and employing fairly minimal intervention has allowed the fruit to shine through, resulting in a harmonious blend of flavors.
The nose reveals notes of delicate rose petals, entwined with essence of ripe raspberries and strawberries.This rose can be enjoyed by itself but it also pairs great with lighter summer fare.
